This report was developed with Impact Charitable and the Colorado Gives Foundation to identify promising policy opportunities to increase compensation for license-exempt (family, friend, and neighbor) child care providers.

TOWN OF ESTES PARK CHILDCARE NEEDS ASSESSMENT AND STRATEGIC PLAN (2023-2024)

Beth is working in partnership with Groundswell for Good, LLC to develop a needs assessment and strategic plan for a voter-approved lodging tax for child care in Estes Park, Colorado.

COLORADO CHILD CARE CONTRIBUTION TAX CREDIT (2023)

As a policy consultant for Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC), Beth managed a coalition of supporters to pass the renewal of the Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit.
